Prices reflect the season and day with midweek stays in the low winter season starting from as little as $275/night. Additional charges include a cleaning fee of $200 and a bond of $500. Linen and towel packages are $30/person or you are welcome to bring your own. Quilts, blankets & electric blankets are provided free of charge.

Prices are per whole house with a standard two night minimum, 3-4 night minimums may be set over long weekends and holiday periods. Please note, there is an additional cleaning fee of $35/person for groups over 8.
